Gelineau Fisher acrylic on hand drum 2012. Gelineau painted this for his Grandson, Drake Kristopher Fisher. When Drake was two years old he purchased this small hand drum with the money he had earned while dancing at Long Lake #58 Pow wow. Drake and his sister brought their little drums over to their Baba (Gelineau) to ask if he would paint something on the drums for them. For anyone that knows Drake & Harmony, Gelineau had captured the kids spirits and attituds perfectly in the images he had painted for them. Gelineau loved all of his Grandchildren dearly, they all meant the world to him.
